Following a referral, a local dealership brought down a twin-turbo Nissan 350Z for tuning. The 350Z had a low boost GReddy twin-turbo kit and a Haltech Platnium ECU.

Having tuned a few single and twin-turbo 350Z, the dealership felt confident that we could do the job. Their main focus for the car was drivability. They were not going for a high horsepower record but wanted the car to be once again fun to drive.

With a safe tune in mind, Jason Oefelein began to tune the car. On the first run, the air/fuel ratio throughout the band was definitely not where he wanted it to be.

After several more pulls on the dyno, the tune and air/fuel ratios were looking a lot better.

A typical 350Z makes around 230-240whp in stock form. With the GReddy twin-turbo kit, this 350Z puts down 315whp and 261 ft-lbs of torque at 6 lbs of boost.
