Welcome To The PSI Blog

A busy weekend for PSI

by Kyle Tomita on Tue, May 31st, 2011 | General, Motorsports

This past weekend was a very busy one for us.  We spent many hours on the road and in Washington.

This weekend started out with our Client Appreciation Day and a practice session for Andrew Coomes at Packwood, WA.

Andrew drifting his PSI built LS240, a LS2 powered Nissan 240SX S13.

Formula Drift driver Justin Pawlak, JTP, came up from California to hang out and test some cars. JTP is good friends with PSI owner, Jason Oefelein.

JTP putting Radium Engineering's turbo Lotus Elise through some hard driving conditions. Justin drifted the Lotus. Other than track use, this is the hardest that their turbo kit has been driven.

PSI put the keys to the Skyline in JTP's well qualified hands and let him go. We put the Skyline into RWD mode and let the tire smoking begin.

Between driving the Turbo Lotus and Skyline, Justin took some sessions in one of our karts.

Gary Rayevich, also brought up his SR powered S13 and did some drifting.

The entire event was covered by Yaer Productions. We cannot wait for the videos that they put together for this event.

This was only day one of our busy weekend.  After driving back to Portland on Friday night, we then headed back up to Washington for a drift event at PGP.
