Heads Up Northwest Dyno Day

by Kyle Tomita on Mon, May 2nd, 2011 | Events and Shows, On The Dyno

This past weekend Heads Up Northwest had a dyno day fundraiser at our facility.  The organization was raising money for the 2011 season.

Throughout the day, people came by to see how much power their cars made and to watch the other cars running on the dyno.  The guys from Heads Up Northwest were also barbecued hot dogs and hamburgers.

Here are a few of the cars that ran on the dyno at the event.

Above: This Evo made the most horsepower for the day at 840whp.  This single turbo setup was built by Steve and tuned by Jason Oefelein of PSI.  The high horsepower cars owned by the members of Heads Up Northwest were not ready for this event.  They are being rebuilt for the 2011 drag racing season.  The current record holder for the group previously made almost 1500whp.  It was not available for this event because a twin turbo setup is in the build process.

We look forward to seeing the Heads Up Northwest cars run at the drag strip this season.
