Brian Hartsock and Jason Oefelein go down to Long Beach, CA for Formula D Round 1. Brian drove down Kyle Pollard's Nissan Silvia in the PSI with Kyle and Loren.
Jason flew down the following day. Our regular photographer did not make the trip down, so Brian will be filling in.

Then it was off to Design Craft, where the two Bridges Racing Lexus's are.

We built the 2JZ and the turbo manifold for this car. One of the reasons Jason went down there was to tune this car.

Roland had brought down his car earlier this week for tuning. After a little while on the dyno, it was discovered that the turbo was bad. Roland drove down a new turbo cartridge on Tuesday night. Unfortunately, it did not just swap in but required the downpipe and oil lines needed to be fixed. Zach and Mark Panic stayed well past midnight to get the new turbo installed and tuned. Mark tuned Roland's car wtih a Apexi PowerFC.

We will be continuing our coverage through the photos and instagram posts of our friends in Long Beach. Since some of us our still in Oregon working, we will be watching the livestream so we don't miss any of the action.
