On the dyno, we had a 1UZ powered Toyota Corona.
This Lexus V8 is not stock in this car but was swapped in from a more modern Lexus sedan.
On the dyno, we have a 1978 Volkswagen Rabbit.
This Rabbit is powered by a VW 8-Valve and sits on a set of BBS wheels. It produces 126 whp and 138 ft-lbs of torque.

The race track at Ridge Motorsports Park in Shelton, WA has recently been completed. The build is taking place is several stages but the main track has been paved. This new track is a great addition to motorsports in the Northwest.

This time in Performance Products, we have Injector Dynamics range of fuel injectors. These injectors are a key component of many of the fuel systems we have made for our clients.

Application specific fitment is handled with the addition of various top hat adapters, and occasional machining operations. Standard fitment exists for most popular applications, and new fitments will be developed on request. All standard lengths and fuel rail bores are currently accomodated.
Dynamically Matched Sets
We only sell matched sets, and within each set the dynamic flow rate (slope) will vary no more than +/- 1%, and the dead time (offset) will vary no more than +/- 20 microseconds which is equivalent to +/- 1% at a pulsewidth of 2 milliseconds.
It is this dynamic flow matching across the pulsewidth range that separates the men from the boys.
Tight matching at low pulsewidths allows the use of high flow rate injectors without sacrificing idle, off idle, and cruise quality while the matched offsets insure that the individual injectors respond properly to atmoshperic and voltage compensations built in to the ECU.
Full Dynamic Characterization
We provide the data that you and your ECU need to do the job properly.
Flow and offset values are provided from 8 to 16 volts across the full pressure range in 5 psi increments.
Additionally, we publish full dynamic characterization curves: Raw flow vs pulsewidth, offset corrected flow, linearity curves, and pressure sensitivity plots.

In a previous post, we showed you the custom rear seat brackets for the this '72 Toyota Land Cruiser. The client wanted to mount racing seats in the front and rear.
When installing racing seats, a proper harness bar is needed to securely mount the seat harnesses. Seat harnesses hold the occupant into the seat better than traditional seat belts.
The bars needed to be mounted to give both the front and rear passengers enough room to be comfortable. Alex first built a 6-point roll cage to have secure locations to mount the harness bars.

The bars were left raw because the client will handle getting them painted as well as supplying his own harnesses. With the new seats and cage, this 1972 Land Cruiser is ready for some fun.
A client recently brought in his 2011 Corvette Grand Sport to be lowered on a new set of wheels.
The Corvette was lowered with an Eibach Pro-Kit.
The client chose a set of OZ Racing Ultraleggera's, which we had powder coated gloss black. The Ultraleggera's were wrapped in a set of Nitto Invo tires, 275/30 ZR19 in the front and 345/25 ZR20 in the rear.
Radium Engineering offers an alternative to stock lug bolts for Lotus' and other European sports cars.

These fasteners are machined from forged 6AL-4V (Grade 5) Titanium alloy rod. They feature a 60 degree tapered conical seat compatible with most OEM and aftermarket wheels. The threads are rolled, not machined, for superior strength and wear resistance. Grade 5 Titanium has 94% the yield strength of a metric Grade 10.9 steel fastener and is over 43% lighter. A non-marring socket is recommended for installation.

We recently picked up a golf cart.
This is no ordinary single seater golf cart, but one built by Fred Lux, of Lux Performance Group. The same people who prepares and runs a pair of Dodge Viper ACR-X factory built race cars.

Before we got our hands on this golf cart, Fred used it in the pits to half parts and fuel around. We plan to do the same around the shop and at local events.
When we got the golf cart, it had a broken rear axle and needed a little work.

We quickly fixed it and now it is ready for some fun.
This golf cart has dual rear disc brakes, mountain bike suspension, and multi-speeds. This cart will definitely be a lot of fun. Once the weather gets a little drier, we will probably be taking it for a spin around the shop.
Many who watch Formula Drift or following drifting in the Northwest will recognize the name Kyle Pollard and his RHD S13.

He has been very hands-on with the building and preparation of his drift cars. He built his current Formula D RHD S13 by himself with some help from friends and some assistance from PSI. He offers custom modified S13/S14 drift knuckles that he personally builds himself. Kyle runs the same setup on his FD S13 to give him more angle. These knuckles allow for reverse entries and have Akerman and bump steer correction. Formula D driver, Walker Wilkerson, also used these knuckles on his S13 at the Palm Beach FD event.

Another project that is currently in progress is Erick Sackhoff's '64 Lincoln Continental. This car will not only have an air suspension setup but was channelled so that the lowest part of the car is the frame. The exhaust runs through the frame.

A client recently brought in his 1972 Toyota Land Cruiser to have new seats put in.

The client purchased a pair of Recaro Speed seats for the front. However, the client wanted new seats for the rear as well. A pair of similar seats were sourced for the rears. A custom mounting system was needed to accommodate the two bucket seats. One thing that the client wanted was to have the rear seats be easily taken out if needed. He wanted the flexible to carry four people or more cargo if needed.
Alex fabricated a rack system that lets the seats be securely pinned down when installed.

The seats are able to be easily removed by one person.
The client can now go off-road with three of his friends and ride comfortably and securely.

The owner of this S14 brought his car in to take advantage of our winter tuning special.
Jason tuned this setup and the car now puts down 315 whp and 267 ft-lbs of torque.

On the dyno we had this turbocharged S2000.
This particular S2000 has a custom ERL 2.2L block. A Garrett 3076R sits on top of PFab turbo manifold. This new setup was installed because the previous GReddy setup needed to be replaced. The previous turbo had an internal waste gate but the 3076R does not. A Tial 38mm waste gate was added along with new custom down pipe, dump tube, and intercooler piping.
This setup was tuned by Jason Oefelein with an AEM EMS. It produces 350 whp and 237 ft-lbs of torque.

Things I should check before scheduling an appointment.
Good spark plugs - Fresh Fuel - nothing over a few months old - hopefully 92 octane please. Good Tires - no bald or about ready to explode tires. Major oil leaks - I don't like fires!!! Boost leaks - Not so sweet for tuning MAF Fuel system - make sure your fuel system is capable of supporting the power you hope to produce. Fluids - Things work better with right amount oil and coolant.
finally realistic expectations for power and a safe tune ... a GT2871r will not make 900 whp even with a stroker motor

Machined from high quality 6061 3/8" aluminum, Radium Engineeering multipurpose wrenches are used to prevent marring of the anodized surface of aluminum hose ends and adapter fittings. These wrenches feature short comfortable handle grips for tight spaces and to avoid over-tightening. They are laser etched with the appropriate hex size of each of the 4 different double open ends for easy identification. They are vibratory tumbled and then anodized for extended durability. Depending on how the wrench is orientated, both open ends offer two different angles for ease of use.
